Outside Sales Rep

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Indiana. In this role, you will work within a designated territory, engaging directly with prospective customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with qualified leads and potential customers within your assigned Indiana territory.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and customize security and automation systems to meet their needs.
• Use sales tools effectively to enhance productivity and streamline the sales process.
• Represent 247Safeguard with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to company policies and values.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections to close sales.
• Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
• Accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation within Indiana.

Compensation Structure:

• Uncapped commission-based pay, paid weekly.
• Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $170,000 annually.
• 1099 Independent Contractor
