What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at 24HourNurse, LLC?
Lubbock, TX is hiring LVNs! This is a Psych / Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.
Duties : Passing meds, assessments, charting, LTC
Need : Psych LPN / LVN with minimum 1 year experience
Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license
Length of Contract : 26 weeks
3 LVNs : 2pm-10pm
1 LVN : 10pm-6am
These all require working at least 32 hours and 2 weekends on / 1 weekend off.
Job Duties :
- Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection .
- Documents and reports pertinent observations
- Communicates orally and in writing to other team members’ pertinent information. Documents according to facility policy.
- Manages individual’s medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.
- Assists other staff in turning / repositioning individuals to administer treatments
Job Requirements for all candidates :
Compensation $42-44 / hr
