Denton, TX is hiring LVNs! This is a Psych / Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.
Duties : Passing meds, assessments, charting, LTC
Need : Psych LPN / LVN with minimum 2 years experience
Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license
Length of Contract : 26 weeks
Pay : $42 / HR-$44 / HR
Shifts : 6a-2p or 2p-10p (40 hours a week). Occasional 7-7 shifts available.
Job Duties :
- Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection.
- Documents and reports pertinent observations
- Communicates orally and in writing to other team members’ pertinent information. Documents according to facility policy.
- Manages individual’s medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.
- Assists other staff in turning / repositioning individuals to administer treatments
