24Restore team has provided disaster restoration services to commercial and residential customers in the Twin Cities area since 1994, proving to be a recession proof industry. Our team is looking to fill a full-time position for Admin - Book Keeper to take on more business and additional customers. This position is open to all levels of experience. Our team will provide paid training, weekly coaching, and one on one support to ensure the success of our team members. Book Keeper Requirements
- Must have prior customer service/billing/accounts payable experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills.
Book Keeper Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Accounts Payable; billings, book keeping, logs / data entry
- Follow full billing process until money is collected
- Perform basic office duties
- Customers calls
Job Type: Full-time
Days: Monday to Friday // 8am to 4:30pm or until done - Opportunity for Over Time!!!
Compensation: $20 - $25/Hour Bonus (Depending On Qualifications)
Salary : $20 - $25
