What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hygienist - Cosmetic & Family Dental Practice position at 24th Street Dental Biltmore?
Company : Elevate your career in our esteemed Cosmetic & Family Dental Practice by Biltmore Fashion Park & Camelback. The practice was founded 40 years ago by Dr Ginger Price (one of top cosmetic dentists on US west coast) & now led by Dr Colleen Donnelly, DMD, FAGD (ranked top 1%)
- The practice exudes luxury & sophistication, using very latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care and service levels
- Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist. Approx 50% of patients are perio maintenance. Averaging 60 new patients per month by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)
- Primarily Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so ideally looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity
- Passionate about clinical excellence and delivering top-tier patient experiences, able to operate independently & treat periodontal condition
- Good communication skills, strong ethics & compassionate personality with ability to make patients feel comfortable
- Wanting to grow professionally and build a long term practice in an awesome environment!
- Be at the forefront of our program, providing clinical expertise & education, developing connections with patients and striving to provide best experience, implement latest solutions such as Oral DNA, CariFree & laser gum therapy
- Min 6 years of experience (our roster is 2 or 3 day per week schedule (more days are avail, if desired)
- AZ licensed, CPR certification, laser certified & licensed to give local anaesthetics
- Working knowledge of Dentrix & iTero scan is a plus
- FREE dental for staff and reduced cost dental for family
