ENTRY LEVEL position for an Support / Installation Technician. This position provides helpdesk phone support to our customers concerning the use of POS computer hardware and software, installation, report generation and operating systems. The Technician will primarily be responsible for installing the POS system and provide support to customers in the hospitality industry. Restaurant experience is preferred. Candidate must have excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, be pro-active, self-starting and detail oriented. Installations may require travel. A and Network certifications desired.
