Job Summary To perform full range of grounds maintenance functions with minimal supervision and supports the Service Excellence program in all aspects of work. Accountabilities Cleans parking lots, garages, walkways, doorways and service court. 25% Mows and trims lawns. 15% Plants, fertilizes, prunes and sprays flowers, shrubs, trees and sod. 15% Operates and maintains underground irrigation system. 15% Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Groundskeeping equipment. 10% Reviews work accomplishments to ensure satisfactory results are achieved. 10% Applies pesticides to ornamentals and turf 10% Other duties as assigned. 10% Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned 1-year related Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses Valid driver’s license, an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart, and a certificate of auto insurance.
