This role will collaborate with Event Leads and entity marketing leads to develop conference, sponsorship, and association relationships with a focus on innovative approaches to increase engagement. The Event Marketing Manager, Technology must manage multiple complex, large-scale, executive-level events simultaneously and successfully negotiate with various conference and event providers to ensure the highest return on investment.What you will do : Manage all aspects of event programs, including event planning and execution.Oversee logistics management, including venue selection, catering, invitation process, on-the-ground planning, and policy overview.Develop and manage conference sponsorships and speaking engagements.Liaise with and manage multiple stakeholder relationships both within the organization and with outside organizations and vendors.Handle budget management and financial reporting.Conduct post-event close / wrap activities, including event analytics, documentation, and surveys.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Must have experience managing several events at once and working with multiple stakeholders.Strong event management and execution skills.Proficiency in account management and program / project management.5-10 years of B2B event management or related experience with proven success in managing medium to large-scale hosted events, tradeshows, and conferences.Solid professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels, including executives.Proactive, self-starter who is motivated and driven to make a difference within the team.Accountable and engaged, with strong attention to detail and high-quality work outputs.Budget management and financial reporting skills.Well-organized with program management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.This role requires industry experience in managing multiple events simultaneously to ensure success.A strong ability to work across various teams and stakeholders is critical to the role's success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
