📌 Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Drive technical architecture decisions and build scalable systems.
- Build & Lead Development: Lead platform development and partner with internal and external engineering teams.
- API & Service Design: Design and implement secure, scalable APIs that integrate with healthcare systems.
- Data Processing Solutions: Architect robust solutions for processing and analyzing clinical documentation.
- Mentor & Grow the Team: Help build and mentor a growing engineering team as we scale.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a passionate problem-solver with the following experience:
- 8 years of backend development with Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Cloud & Distributed Systems: Expertise in modern cloud architecture and distributed systems.
- API Design & Microservices: Deep understanding of scalable API design and microservices architecture.
- Passion for Learning: A hunger to explore new technologies, especially in healthcare and AI.
