Luxury Retail Manager

260 Sample Sale is a family owned & operated business headquartered in NYC. We have brick & mortar retail locations in NYC, LA, & MIA! 260 Final Sale is a boutique store in the Upper West Side that hosts a variety of brands at a discounted price. Customers who shop at the 260 Final Sale receive sample sale prices with more personalized experience!

Your Role:

You are expected to maintain a well-stocked, well-staffed store, in order to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience. Here at 260 Final Sale we encourage you to develop your team and utilize their expertise when managing one of our locations. We are looking for candidates who love fashion and customer service. You have a strong business acumen and understand the importance of driving sales and repeat business.

Expectations:

• Complete store operational requirements by assigning employees to sections and tasks; following up on work results

• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Timecard keeping/ editing

• Ensure proper presentation, organization, and replenishment of merchandise on sales floor

• Strive to exceed customer expectations by showcasing detailed knowledge of each brand

• Demonstrate dedication and professionalism while engaging with customers

• Assist team members in maintaining sales floor throughout the day

• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

• Maintains technical knowledge of POS system

• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility and availability to work weekends including holidays

• Team player / great team spirit

• High School Diploma Required

• At least 4 years of retail management experience

• Ability to develop a budget and review financial statements

• Ability to stand 8-10 hours in one shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
