Role Description
This position could be part-time or full-time based on the needs of the business and the employee. This is not a seasonal position as we have stays and events year round. This position is for an on-site role for a Boutique Hotel & Events Team Lead located in Dahlonega, Georgia. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and event space. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating with the food and beverage team, handling guest inquiries and issues, and maintaining high hospitality standards, and oversite of social media pages. This role also involves an aspect of sales and upselling of events / hotel block to potential clients. Attention to detail and great follow up skills are a must.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales skills preferred
