Our client was founded 6 years ago and is a multi-award-winning technology recruitment agency with almost 100 employees globally. In 2024, they launched their Austin office and they are looking for employees number 3 & 4 to join the company’s co-founders and the VP of Sales (who is a $1.2m perm biller!) on expanding the Austin office, and being part of the next stage of growth across the US.

360 Recruitment Consultant - Job Role:
- Develop new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the tech sector.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing value-added solutions and offering a platform for industry thought leadership.
- Sell advisory services and project-based recruitment solutions, positioning the company as a trusted talent partner.
- Identify, headhunt, and support top candidates, ensuring the best talent is matched with client needs.
- Add value to the recruitment process by offering market insights, talent strategies, and innovative recruitment approaches.
- Build a network and presence in the local Austin community. Running Tech meetups and events to build up your personal branding & get the company’s name out into the industry.
360 Recruitment Consultant - Requirements:
We’re looking for experienced 360 Full Desk Recruiters who want to join this journey, become part of our hypergrowth and see huge career advancement with the business. Preferably you would come from a Tech background but we are open to sector experience.
