Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary To provide clinical individual, group, and family therapies as ordered/indicated by client need. To complete a social history on all clients and participate in the setting of treatment goals. To assist in program development. Accountabilities Accesses and completes clinical risk assessment tools and determines level of care for clients. Provides outcome-based therapy that targets clients’ presenting issues and symptoms. Develops client treatment plan to achieve outcomes and goals. Refers appropriately and works in a collaborative relationship with other community providers to provide consultation and continuum of care for clients. Completes required paperwork for and attends weekly supervision with a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibility This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-I) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (LMFT-I) In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements N/A Other Required Skills and Experience Must have passed the National Board for Counselors or Marriage and Family Therapists. Ability to evaluate client’s clinical condition. Group and individual counseling skills.
