POSITION SUMMARY:
The Revenue Auditor will be responsible for the daily auditing of sales reports for completeness, accuracy, and ethical department conduct. In addition, they will assist with other projects and duties as assigned, and consistently follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Review daily sales reports for complete backup, adherence to store closing procedures and matching reported cash/vouchers to the source point of sale system.
Provide training as needed to departments that do not follow proper procedures.
Provide timely follow-up with department managers regarding reports that contain insufficient support or are deficient.
Complete assigned daily, weekly and month-end duties.
Provide assistance and research to resolve department and/or accounting issues.
Communicate with all levels of WP employees and management.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Daily verification of the consolidated cash deposit.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for working with employees at all levels of the company.
High attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience with accounting and point of sale computer systems, such as RTP, Mi9 or D365.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School diploma or GED
BS/BA in Accounting preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration or accounting preferred
Cash handling experience desired.
WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resort’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resort’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Hourly Pay Range: $21 - $23 per hour
