This is an opportunity for a positive, open, and supportive Office Manager to manage the Riga office functions and support an international IT consulting 200 employee company in its growth in the booming IT industry.
As the Office Manager, you will support the Riga office and the local HR team. We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for people. Ultimately, you will be responsible for taking care of our employees on-site and remotely.

Your impact zone
- Ensure the daily work of the office and maintain it in order.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier, etc.).
- Order food, stationery, and hygienic supplies on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Prepare, maintain, and update personnel and other company documentation (agreements, amendments, ordinances, expense reports, etc.).
- Organize mandatory health checks, work and fire safety training.
- Organize bi-weekly lunches and order catering for the Riga office.
- Organize company events and team-building activities.
- Coordinate employee training course payments and agreements.
- Coordinate incoming invoices and other payments in collaboration with accounting.
- Coordinate the expense reimbursement process.
- Coordinate the benefit management process.
- Coordinate monthly time reporting.
- Enter and maintain data in various systems and reports.
- Welcome guests in the office (10% of all incoming people, no reception area).
- Consult employees and company management on office-related questions.
- Take part and initiative in other HR-related activities.
Your expertise
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager/administrator or similar role.
- You thrive when taking care of people.
- Exceptional communication skills, friendly and easy-going person who enjoys working with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Professional proficiency) and Latvian (Professional proficiency).
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, and preferably any HR system).
- You prefer small tasks rather than big and long projects.
- You love to host events.
- Precise, responsible, and with great organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the preparation of documents.
- Willingness to learn, openness to change, and to accept the new.
- You prefer to work in fast-paced conditions.
- Ability to prioritize own work and work independently.
- Support HR teamwork.
Considered an advantage
- Other language skills.
- Working experience with Jira, Trello, and Google Suite tools.
Compensation
Gross EUR 1500 - 1700.
