Your Impact Zone

• Hands on Senior React Developer with over 8 years of experience in front-end development.
• Work closely with business teams to deliver seamless and responsive user interfaces.
• Provide work estimates and participate in sprint planning.
• Design and develop dynamic, interactive user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
• Ensure code quality and performance by utilizing best practices in front-end development, including testing, code reviews, and optimizing performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Design and implement new features, and improve existing functionality to meet business requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis through deployment and ongoing support.

Your expertise

• At least 8-years of experience with JavaScript.
• Very good understanding of common design patterns, GoF design patterns.
• Experience with React framework.
• Good command of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, LESS, etc.)
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills (Communicate with international clients and colleagues).
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Considered as advantage

• Hands-on experience with other JS UI frameworks.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience optimizing JS code.
• UX basic principle knowledge.
• Financial Services knowledge (specifically Capital Markets and Securities Trading).
• Experience with public speaking and writing technical thought leadership pieces.
• Strong oral and written skills in English, comfortable speaking with senior level executives.
