Your impact zones
- Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to capture business requirements.
- Develop and manage functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
- Analyze technical requirements, data sets or message formats required to facilitate development.
- Create and manage a detailed backlog of user stories and participate in development planning.
- Assist Development and Quality Assurance teams - analyze, clarify, and prioritize requirements on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain, update and support already composed requirements.
- Perform acceptance testing for user stories delivered.
- Participate in product demos for stakeholders.
Your expertise
- At least 2 years of Systems Analyst experience (or any other position with similar responsibilities).
- Strong knowledge of requirement development processes:
- Experience discovering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements as well as translating these requirements into executable development specifications.
- Ability to perform light technical analysis such as data set analysis, technical solution diagramming and message mapping.
- Strong knowledge of testing and development methodologies and practices, defect management practices.
- Experience with the Agile software delivery approach (Scrum, Kanban) and overall understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to efficiently use Jira and Confluence on a daily basis.
- Understanding of ETL approach, data integration patterns and data migration.
- Knowledge of different data structures (XML, JSON, CSV) and experience in data mapping between different formats.
- Ability to focus and apply systematic analysis to large amounts of unstructured information.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken - to communicate with international clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a diverse international team.
- Ability to conduct business correspondence and maintain discussions in an intelligent and reasoned manner.
Considered an advantage
- Any capital markets industry knowledge or experience.
- Knowledge of BABOK practices.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, API's (SOAP, REST) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with code repositories (GIT, SVN), ability to read code (Java, Python).
Compensation
Starting from a gross EUR 2500 - 4500.
