Job Requisition: Laborer Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of physical tasks to support our operations and contribute to the completion of construction, maintenance, or other project needs. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow instructions, and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with construction, maintenance, including lifting and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. Prepare and clean work sites before, during, and after projects. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, loading, unloading, and general cleanup. Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. Report any issues, injuries, or hazards to supervisors promptly. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required . Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments. Work Environment: Work may be performed in outdoor, or construction settings. Exposure to heavy machinery, construction tools, and physical labor. Safety gear such as hard hats, gloves, and steel-toed boots may be required.
