Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually Renewal Bonus
Full Time Hours may include day time and evening hours based on community events.

SUMMARY:
The Resident Experience Coordinator acts as a key point of contact between the community and its residents, prospects and guests. As the first line of contact, the Resident Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere and builds a positive rapport with residents and prospects through being detail oriented, listening well and anticipating needs in order to provide exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and offer refreshments to traffic coming in and out of the community, and create a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Provide great customer service to residents, with particular attention to community amenities, curb appeal, move-in experience, and properly addressing resident concerns
- Address anyone at the lobby entrance and offer assistance or directions.
- Manage mail, packages, dry cleaning and food & flower delivery by communicating with residents, offering delivery to unit or holding
- Maintain the stock of coffee bar, refreshments and dog treats at the beginning and end of each shift, and as needed.
- Deliver newspapers and birthday cards to residents daily
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of community events.
- Contact residents 48 hours after move-in and again after 30 days residency to ensure move in went smoothly and there are no unresolved issues with their apartment.
- Close out all service requests and call resident to ensure work was done to their satisfaction
- Coordinate with 2B Marketing department on identifying businesses to partner with for our 2B Perks Program and ensure residents are aware of program
- Maintain clean, and organized lobby, hallways and common areas of the property including clubroom, and bike room.
- Coordinate freight elevator schedule to ensure move ins are not overlapped
- Maintain schedule for resident reservations for guest suite, conference room, event center, and golf simulator
- Alert management to any reported or observed emergencies immediately
- Verify and assist vendors with building access to complete service
- Receive and relay messages to property staff in a timely manner
