SUMMARY
The Outreach Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing Director and the marketing efforts of 2B Residential and the properties we manage. This role requires a positive, outgoing attitude with experience in cold calling businesses and area employers, partnering/sponsoring events as well as supporting the 2B Residential brand in promoting our communities portfolio-wide. Working closely with our on-site teams, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary Duties of the Outreach Marketing Coordinator:
- Perks Program: Identify and engage with local area businesses to become a part of the 2B Residential Perks Program. Our Perks Programs offers discounts, specials and promotions from area businesses to our residents portfolio wide. This role will specialize in fostering symbiotic relationships with Perks Program businesses to provide an exceptional experience for our residents. This can include anything from discounts provided by businesses to sponsoring events to negotiating discounts on items to be included in our resident move-in gifts and give-a-ways. Candidate will also work closely with STL Bucket List to foster our relationship with them regarding 2B Perks Powered by BYOB. Will work with and report to the Marketing Director in regard to the Perks Program.
- Perks Program Advertising: Create opportunities to generate income via the Perks Program. Identify opportunities and develop a program for advertising avenues for Perks vendors.
- Community Ambassador: Identify desirable events in the communities where our properties are located and create partnerships/sponsorships for those events. Will work with and report to the Marketing Director in regard to Community Ambassador efforts.
- Preferred Employer Program: Connect with Top Employers to implement our Preferred Employer Program which offers discounts to employees leasing at our communities. Must be creative and diligent in finding ways to connect with Top Employer HR and hiring directors to create a partnership for promoting our communities to prospective residents.
General Duties of the Marketing Department: Special projects may be assigned by Director of Marketing that support any of these marketing functions:
- Coordinating and scheduling marketing campaigns and promotions
- Managing email marketing campaigns
- Assisting with content creation and copywriting for marketing materials
- Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and reporting on results
- Collaborating with external vendors and partners on marketing initiatives
- Assisting with event coordination
- Managing social media accounts and creating social media content
- Providing support for marketing research and market analysis
Qualifications
- 1 year sales experience
- Ability to create and edit reels for Facebook and Instagram required
- The ideal candidate for this position should be an extremely creative self-starter who can work well with a wide variety of teams and brands
- This role requires a person with great autonomy who can work well solo as well as part of a larger team
