2Bridge has been searching for a direct-hire, full-time Lead Account Director to join our FinTech Client. Our client is an analytics company that partners with leading financial institutions to provide cutting-edge credit risk intelligence. Their platform leverages proprietary data and advanced analytics to help assess, quantify, and monitor credit risk across diverse exposures.
As an Account Director, you will manage a range of clients, including sovereigns, financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions, and funds. You will help ensure client retention, satisfaction, and the expansion of strategic relationships.
This is an NYC-based role, onsite in their office in midtown 3 days a week with some travel. Our client offers a comprehensive package that includes a base, incentivized comp scheme, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401K, commuter plan, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the retention, expansion, profitability, and overall satisfaction of strategic client relationships.
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior executives across client organizations.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts aligned to established use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic goals and ensure client success.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client workflows and articulate use cases effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and identify at-risk accounts.
- Implement account strategies to maximize short-, medium-, and long-term commercial potential.
- Provide direct management and mentorship for junior account managers with the potential for team expansion.
- Monitor product usage and implement strategies to increase adoption and integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
