Position Overview :
This critical clerical position will report to the Pursuits Manager.
Responsibilities :
1. Format documents using Microsoft products following specified style guides.
2. Provide data entry support.
3. Effectively work with project managers and authors to address document issues.
4. Manage deliverables efficiently so tasks are completed on time and problems are anticipated and
resolved quickly.
5. Other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
Qualifications (Education and Experience) :
1. Demonstrated expertise working with technical documents and style manuals.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Outlook as well as Adobe
Acrobat
3. Excellent oral and written communication interpersonal analytical skills and organizational skills
4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work within tight timelines.
5. Flexibility to work virtually with teams across multiple time zones.
