2G Brothers Pizza - Cheat Lake is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pizza Makers to join our team! We specialize in authentic New York-style, hand-tossed pizzas, offering a casual dining experience with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hand-tossed, New York-style pizzas according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Hand stretch dough, apply sauces, and toppings in consistent proportions.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, dough mixers, and prep tools.
• Ensure the timely production of pizza orders while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory and food supplies, restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in other kitchen duties such as preparing ingredients, cleaning, and helping with customer orders.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or delivery personnel.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pizza making, especially hand-tossed New York-style, is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
