We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and business owners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and customer objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-selling within Plumbing, Fire Protection and Controls
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
