We are seeking skilled Electricians (LME, PJ, J) to join our operations team in Albany, OR . This role involves rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Expect a dynamic work environment with a variety of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
Work on equipment such as PLCs, AC / DC motors, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, lighting, power distribution systems , and more.
Collaborate across departments to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently, supporting production goals and operational success.
What We’re Looking For :
Qualifications & Skills :
High School Diploma or GED.
Oregon Electrician’s License (LME, PJ, J).
AC & DC motor control experience (including drives) required.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience using standard test and troubleshooting equipment (DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley Control Logix) .
Industrial mechanical millwright experience preferred; must be willing to perform millwright duties as needed.
Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook .
Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to navigate the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders and working around equipment and machinery.
Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed for inspections and maintenance.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds .
Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels, and varying temperatures.
