Position Summary : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Designer with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and development of various civil engineering projects, including land development, infrastructure, and site planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed civil engineering designs and drawings.
- Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and drainage plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design concepts and ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.
- Conduct field visits to gather data and assess project sites.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Review and incorporate survey data, soil reports, and other technical information into design plans.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure integrated and comprehensive project designs.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner.
