We are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, building structural inspections, and project management. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects that enhance the durability and longevity of commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct structural assessments and inspections of buildings, parking structures, bridges, and other concrete structures to identify damage, deterioration, and necessary repairs.
- Develop and implement concrete restoration and waterproofing solutions , ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for repair and rehabilitation projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to provide technical expertise and recommend best practices for structural rehabilitation.
- Conduct field testing, condition assessments, and forensic investigations of concrete structures.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Monitor and document construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and project requirements.
