Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HVAC / R Service Technician to oversee maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment. This role involves handson troubleshooting equipment startup and technical training while ensuring seamless integration with building automation systems. A strong emphasis is placed on chillers containing Turbocor magnetic bearing technology and control system integration to optimize performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in mechanical repairs system troubleshooting and controls integration with a strong focus on documentation customer service and technical leadership .
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform equipment startup commissioning and detailed documentation of commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot repair install and replace mechanical components such as bearings motors heat exchangers compressors boilers and pneumatic / electrical control systems.
- Provide technical training and mentorship assisting technicians in troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Oversee building automation system (BAS) integration working closely with system integrators.
- Collaborate with customers sales engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct acceptance inspections of new equipment installations and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Respond to customer emergencies providing quick and efficient solutions.
- Maintain strict safety standards and best practices in daily work.
