We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role specializes in servicing unitary systems such as rooftop units (RTUs) split systems heat pumps and packaged units with opportunities for growth into chiller service work . If you have experience in troubleshooting maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC equipment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose repair and maintain rooftop units (RTUs) split systems package units and heat pumps in commercial settings.
- Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and emergency repairs on HVAC systems.
- Work on lowtemperature refrigeration systems as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams .
- Test system operations calibrate controls and ensure units are performing efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations to clients.
- Maintain compliance with EPA OSHA and local HVAC regulations .
- Travel to client sites in a companyprovided vehicle to complete scheduled service calls.
