Position Overview :
We are seeking an HVAC / R Preventive Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing preventive maintenance troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems. As you grow in this role you will receive training to advance into an experienced HVAC Technician position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Begin with preventive maintenance tasks while training to take on advanced troubleshooting and repair responsibilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
- Service a range of commercial clients with professionalism and expertise.
- Install fabricate and connect components such as compressors condensers evaporators and motors.
- Work with various HVAC system components including expansion / discharge valves temperature / humidity controls fans control panels filters gauges ducts piping tubing and environmental controls.
- Perform power connections and ensure safe accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain and manage inventory requisitions materials and supplies for each job.
- Exhibit professionalism and respect when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with customers management and dispatch teams.
