Location : Primarily DFW Metroplex with potential travel to Lubbock, Houston, and nationwide as the company grows.
Position Overview :
We are seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians with verifiable experience in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining our high standards for company culture and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair VRF / VRV systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with VRF systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on-site.
- Travel within the DFW Metroplex and occasionally to Lubbock, Houston, or other locations as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
