Journeyman Service Plumber - Residential

Position Overview :

We are actively seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Residential Service Plumber to join our team and provide highquality plumbing services to residential clients. This role focuses on service and repair work including diagnosing plumbing issues performing repairs and installing and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks clogs and water line problems.
• Install assemble maintain and repair pipes plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Perform plumbing installations including laying pipes setting toilets installing faucets and hooking up appliances.
• Handle maintenance tasks such as replacing worn washers and gaskets.
• Repair plumbing systems including bathtubs disposals faucets gas lines shower valves sinks and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with state laws local building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly managing client expectations and offering preventative maintenance advice.
