In this role, you will lead pre-construction efforts, ensuring the successful planning and coordination of mechanical systems for commercial projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on diverse projects while collaborating with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the pre-construction phase for HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial projects.
- Develop detailed budgets, cost estimates, and value engineering options to optimize project efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and scope.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure mechanical systems align with project specifications and timelines.
- Perform constructability reviews, identifying and addressing potential issues before construction begins.
- Oversee bidding and procurement processes for mechanical subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project estimates and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards during the pre-construction process.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
