Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

Position Overview: This position is for an energetic surveyor to lead the survey crew and will be responsible for the survey work on projects for private and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be a key member of our team. Duties include:
- Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA and topo surveys
- Coordinate project requirements with team members
- Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
- Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience
- Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
- Proficiency with GPS and Total Station
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to manage/direct field crew
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel Outlook)
- Ability to work as a team player
- Possess organizational and communication skills.
Salary: $68,100-$113,500

Salary : $68,100 - $113,500
