This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
2HB Incorporated is seeking a Application Developer in order to support its government customers in the Chantilly, VA area.
The Candidate shall provide best effort support based on a Firm Fixed Price-Level of Effort (FFP-LOE). The Government Task Manager (GTM) will provide schedule . The Candidate shall provide ample warnings to the GTM when resource utilization approaches annual, hourly maximums
· The Candidate shall, as a member of a mixed skills team, provide project management, User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) designer, and User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) developer support to manage the accessibility program for the office, define accessibility standards, consult with development teams about improving accessibility, and provide surge support to the development teams as needed.
· The Candidate shall use User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) skills to design and shape Human Centered Design (HCD) products and experiences.
· The Candidate shall create and design web elements that optimize user interaction and experience.
· The Candidate shall collaborate to define solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience.
· The Candidate shall implement solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience.
· The Candidate shall identify design problems and devise solutions.
· The Candidate shall implement user friendly solutions to simplify complex design roadblocks.
· The Candidate shall build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design.
· The Candidate shall establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
· The Candidate shall manage and track requirements through the team’s JIRA site.
· The Candidate shall implement customer design standards and create templates for reuse.
· The Candidate shall support user experience and user interface enhancement requirements.
• The Candidate shall assess, monitor, develop, report, and coordinate a comprehensive accessibility program plan for the office.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
The Candidates hall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
· Demonstrated experience in software development with Java and UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
· Demonstrated experience with Agile/DevOps processes
· Demonstrated experience with Section 508 requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA standards
· Demonstrated experience with UI/UX
· Demonstrated experience with COTS accessibility issues
· Demonstrated experience with Project Management
· Demonstrated experience designing complete user interfaces and user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
· Demonstrated experience iterating designs and solutions efficiently using agile/scrum development processes.
· Demonstrated experience using wire-framing tools, storyboards and user flows.
· Demonstrated experience using and establishing UI/UX design best practices.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
· Demonstrated experience working directly with supporting large organization with dozens of development teams in a primary role of promoting and improving accessibility.
