What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at 2Hope Behavioral Center?
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for our clients
- Conduct functional behavior, skill acquisition, and preference assessments
- Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client's progress
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Develop and conduct staff trainings
- Parent training
Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs
- Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Current Level ll backgroud check active (AHCA fingerprint)
- Effective and professional communication
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Critical thinking skills and problem solving
- Computer skills
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $76.20 per hour
