Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of all phases including design, installation, and support.
- Design/Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering and design teams reviewing and interpreting construction documentation, RFIs, and product specifications.
- Documentation Review: Produce, review, and manage project deliverables, including pricing, drawings, materials, and samples.
- Coordination: Work with architectural, structural, electrical, and other trade professionals to ensure integrated system design and implementation.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee verification activities to ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
- Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically working in educational type of construction projects
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with AutoCAD or other modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field is required.
