Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Lead and support HR initiatives that align with organizational goals in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with two years of experience in human resource management.
