As a Performance Specialist you will direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of the organization in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the agency Board of Directors. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinate managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in QA and program improvement meetings with agency and stakeholder staff.
- Maintaining relationships with public and private service providers.
- Ensuring case files meet accreditation and contract requirements.
- Conducting internal audits, reviews, and specialized investigations.
- Analyzing departmental reports to identify trends and address issues.
- Developing and monitoring Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) collaboratively.
- Preparing timely, reader-friendly reports.
- Coordinating with agency leadership on audit-related matters.
- Attending forums, workshops, and conferences on quality improvement and contract compliance.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
