What You’ll Need
- A master’s degree in a human services-related field.
- State-required clinical licensure.
- At least two years of experience working with youth and families facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- A passion for learning—we’ll teach you the rest!
As a Therapist, you’ll work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program. You’ll:
- Teach important skills and techniques to help families maintain stability and permanency in their homes.
- Partner with a team member to meet case plan goals and locate community resources for families.
- Play a key role in helping children grow, heal, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
