What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations and procedures of dental office.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between patients, staff, and dentists.
- Manage and support staff assignments and activities, in accordance with established office policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Oversee patient relations; help explain office policy to patients as needed.
- Manage compliance with OSHA, state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively to promote teamwork and staff retention.
- Organize office files and records.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm
- Friday: Closed
