Senior Manager of Insights

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts who uncover insights and create actionable strategies for our R&D and unreleased game franchises. Your goal will be to drive game development and marketing innovation through your work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that uncovers insights and creates actionable strategies for our R&D and unreleased game franchises.
• Drive game development and marketing innovation through your work.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and trends to shape product strategies and optimizations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed analytics roadmaps.
• Convert data insights into meaningful outcomes for players.
• Ensure data is accessible and reliable through partnership with Data Engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Track key performance indicators to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• 5 years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team.
• Experience with SQL, ETL, Tableau, Quicksight, and statistical/machine learning software.
