Role Overview

To support all products by entering and managing the metadata process. Reports to Release Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Initial Entry of Metadata into the First Party Portals
  • Reviews metadata assuring all required assets and copy are present and meet platform specifications
  • Relays feedback on missing requirements to relevant contacts
  • Enters Age Ratings into First Party Portals
  • Enters Pricing into First Party Portals
  • Performs pricing scrubs against provided documentation ensuring entries are accurate in First Party Portals
  • Entry of Compat Notices, and specification Forms
  • Uphold and promote the 2K Values

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • Excellent written communication skills, internally & externally
  • Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process
  • Hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work unsociable hours depending on deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Technically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardware
  • Ability to liaise with other departments

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Excellent organization and time management skill with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the flexibility to support an environment where details can change quickly
  • Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and positive personality to foster excellent working relationships
