Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish/English) individual with at least one year of experience in pressure washing, a valid Florida driver’s license, and the ability to operate trailers and exterior cleaning equipment.

This is a full-time position with a stable schedule. While we do not typically work weekends, some Saturdays may be required depending on job needs. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and strong attention to detail. A background check is required.

Responsibilities

• As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning

• Perform professional pressure washing on a variety of surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, patios, roofs, fences, and building exteriors.
• Use specialized cleaning solutions safely and effectively to remove dirt, mold, algae, and stains.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of pressure washing equipment.

Driving & Equipment Handling

• Safely drive company vehicles and transport trailers with equipment to job sites.
• Load, unload, and properly secure cleaning equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure it functions properly.

Customer Service & Communication

• Provide friendly, professional, and clear communication to clients before, during, and after service.
• Educate customers on proper exterior surface maintenance and answer any service-related questions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, representing our company’s high standards.

Worksite Safety & Efficiency

• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself, clients, and property.
• Work efficiently and with attention to detail to deliver top-quality results.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring no damage to property or landscaping.

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Experience & Skills

✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in exterior cleaning using pressure washing equipment.
✅ Experience driving and maneuvering trailers (required).
✅ Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Licensing & Legal Requirements

✅ Valid Florida driver’s license (clean driving record preferred).
✅ Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
✅ Background check required.

Language & Communication

✅ Bilingual (Spanish & English) – must be fluent in both languages.
✅ Strong customer service skills – able to communicate professionally with clients.

Physical & Work Requirements

✅ Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
✅ Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
✅ Availability for full-time work, with some Saturdays required based on job needs.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus!)

➕ Previous experience in soft washing or specialized exterior cleaning techniques.
➕ Knowledge of eco-friendly and industry-approved cleaning solutions.
➕ Mechanical skills for basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
