What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at 2M Quality?
Job Duties:
Daily
- Update schedules based on multiple inputs - client databases (websites), Excel spreadsheets and emails
- Check of completed reviews from current workday
- Follow up as needed with reviewers and builders - via phone and email in timely manner
- Support review team for all scheduling, admin or tech support questions.
Weekly
- Twice weekly schedule verification and reviewer assignments
- Create reviewer assignments for upcoming week based on geography, individual availability, and distribution requirements
Monthly
- Create and load upcoming monthly schedule
- Create Excel summary reports for clients
Hours:
Full time, but some weeks will be 30-35 hours dependent upon workload
In Office Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
REQUIRED EVENING HOURS
Log On From Home - 1 -2 hours every evening Monday through Friday & Sunday
Evening hours - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm NO EXCEPTIONS
**At home work is only during the evening hours.**
Job Requirements:
- Must have your own laptop and wifi for the remote evening work.
- Must have scheduling experience.
- Intermediate to mastery level of Excel.
- High school degree, higher level education preferred
- Proven aptitude for detail work, accuracy, and initiative
- Ability to problem solve, and work well independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Adaptable
- Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint and other cloud-based storage a plus
- Ability to interact with independent contractors and builders
- Experience with internet searches, texting, Google Maps
