Overview: Our team is growing! We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our property management team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for Airbnb cleaning turnovers, move-out deep cleanings, general cleaning services, and stock management. This role offers flexible hours and the ability to create your own schedule based on bookings. There are opportunities for upward mobility and additional administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Airbnb Cleaning Turnovers: Ensure properties are spotless and ready for new guests, including changing linens, restocking toiletries, and checking for damages.
- Move-Out Deep Cleanings: Perform thorough cleanings of properties after tenants move out, ensuring they are in pristine condition for new occupants.
- General Cleaning Services: Routine Cleaning: Regular cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Periodic deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and thorough cleaning of appliances and fixtures.
- Supply Management and Restocking Essentials: Ensuring that essential items like cleaning equipment, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other toiletries are replenished for each new guest. Ensuring availability of necessary tools and materials.
Basic Requirements:
- Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Availability: Flexible hours, ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience: Experience with cleaning.
- Skills: Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with property owners and guests.
- Technology: Basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties within set deadlines.
