Duties

- Ring up purchases, handle returns, and process exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
- Manage and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking shipments, and conducting inventory counts.
- Utilize POS systems to process sales and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and be prepared to answer questions about features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, including providing feedback and suggestions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer preferences.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in appliance sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills to accurately handle transactions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
