As a Sales Associate, you will create an exceptional experience for our golfers while assisting them in identifying the right fit golf equipment. Extending a positive attitude, having professionalism, and communicating at a high level of understanding of golf equipment and merchandising will be the key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and building rapport with guests
- Guiding customers through the equipment selection process
- Merchandising and keeping product organized
- General operational and inventory duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- A love for and experience in the game of golf
- Golf equipment sales experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for a prolonged period of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
