Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Report Analyst & Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless collection, modeling, processing, transformation, and visualization of business data into robust reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, reporting frameworks, and BI tools to develop, analyze, integrate and optimize reporting solutions that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in report analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics with a strong background in data visualization and database management. Experience with NetSuite, Saved Searches, NetSuite Analytics and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse is preferred. This is an onsite role, predominately at our Support Office in Eden Prairie, MN with some travel requirements as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.
- Model, develop, support, test, and maintain functionality reporting solutions and transactional models.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports by validating data sources and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Implement data validation and cleansing techniques to improve accuracy across multiple systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite reports, Saved Searches, and NetSuite Analytics dashboards.
- Extract and analyze data from NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to generate key business insights.
- Automate reporting processes within NetSuite and other BI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop custom KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to support financial, operational, and performance metrics.
- Optimize SQL queries and NetSuite database structures for improved report performance.
- Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) eCommerce from sources like Magento and Google Analytics and combine with NeSuite data.
- Extract and analyze eCommerce data from Magento and Google Analytics (GA4) and integrate it with NetSuite.
- Implement data validation and cleansing techniques to improve accuracy across multiple systems.
- Document reporting methodologies, best practices, and processes for knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS).
- Experience in financial, supply chain, order to cash, procure to pay and eCommerce analytics using NetSuite.
- Expertise in Google Analytics(GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and web traffic analysis.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and data automation
- Background in predictive analytics, AI-driven reporting, or machine learning.
- Knowledge of cloud-based reporting solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Retail or eCommerce report analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience building/supporting end-to-end data and analytics solutions in the following areas: data modeling, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, NetSuite Saved Searches, and NetSuite Analytics including NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
- Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, or automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies to empower stakeholders and leadership.
Physical Requirements:
- This is an onsite role, predominately at our Support Office in Eden Prairie, MN with some travel requirements as necessary.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience
