Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team!  This newly created position of Product Marketing Manager is the bridge between External and Internal teams, leading initiatives to ensure on time product launches. 

 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Become the expert for your assigned product area, serving as the key point of contact for assigned launch initiatives within 2San and with our external business partners. 
  • Be a champion for your products.  Analyze and report on internal and external operational and cross functional requirements to support on time launch.  Establish schedules as needed and achieve stakeholder buy-in to timelines for on time product launch.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize assortments, become the expert in your assigned segment.
  • Fluency with translating sku and category specific assortment analysis into meaningful metrics; converting metrics and analysis into compelling presentations.
  • Follow processes for New Product Launch, including capturing approvals as required to work within a regulated environment.
  • Create and maintain a library of tools for your assigned area (presentations, reports, competitive materials, etc.).
  • Establish and effectively maintain new and existing relationships and partnerships.
  • Attend meetings or events as required with internal and external team members.
  • Assist with other projects as needed/directed.

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working within a regulated product environment       
  •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams     
  • Excellent written and proofreading skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible to evolving priorities and responsibilities, a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to attend trade events or key Customer meetings. Fluency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled at presenting complex ideas or programs. 
  • Forward-thinker embracing a “can-do” attitude, recognizes opportunities, takes initiative and implements improvements whenever possible
  • Experience with syndicated data interpretation and analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, relationship building
  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer product marketing / product launch experience 

 

Desired but not required

  • BA/BS Sales or Marketing
  • Experience with medical device products preferred
  • Experience working with global team members
  • Previous experience with task management software platforms
  • Previous experience partnering with external stakeholders on product launches

 

Additional Information about this position:

  • This position has a 3-6-9 month review period.
  • This position reports to the Global Marketing Director.
  • This position is office based.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
